 Last week you all decided to eliminate Madison, Joshua and Kristin from Bandaids X Factor! We're now in the Quarter Finals of the competition and our 6 remaining contestants; Callie, Carolyn, Chyaz, Djamila, Edd and Teresa all have performed songs that they didn't choose, but were picked by the judges! It was a test of versatility for the contestants, and the results of that were..... well we will let YOU decide that!  We just love hearing about Avril giving back to the community, and seeing just how much she cares about people. Avril's been involved with the Nancy Davis Foundation for a while, even attending the fundraiser last year. She wrote up a new blog explaining a bit about it, saying "Multiple Sclerosis is a devastating disease that primarily affects young women and I want to help raise awareness and find a cure!" She even recently joined the board of directors and will be performing at the 17 Annual Race to Erase MS Event this May 7th! Congratulations and way to go, Av!  Many of Avril's fans, female especially, have anticipated her follow-up fragrance to last year's "Black Star". In a brand new interview with Kyle and Jackieo, she unveils the name of her second fragrance as well as explaining the process of creating a perfume. She says her second fragrance is titled "Forbidden Rose" which is an extension to Black Star's message, and says the advertising campaign is a Gothic-like garden with a black rose. Instead of the music video featuring shots from the film itself near the end, it consists more of Avril playing piano and running through the forest! You can never get enough Avril!  Thanks to Bandaids member Pure Intuition, they've discovered that Avril is covering the new Rock One magazine and thanks to some translation, Avril confirms that her single "Alice" will be included on her new album in June with the first single arriving next month!! Avril goes on to explain the album in detail stating, "I'd like to say it will attract a more mature public. It is time for me to change a little and move toward what I am today."
