All the proceeds are donated directly to help children through the Avril Lavigne Foundation!         I'm not the one to ask but I don't believe there are any plans to have physical print copies sold in stores... Especially least of all not this soon. You can order a print copy online, just hit the link in this news update (or To view the link you have to Register) and go from there.

        i thought you guys said this was free the digital copy but it says you have to order it to have the digital copy i'm confused help
