Avril fans are seriously the best when it comes to making Avril related topics trend worldwide on Twitter. We've had so many trends in the past few months, I think most of us have stopped counting how many have hit the worldwide list. Tonight, a special topic trended on Twitter created by Black Stars around the globe, which was 'Avril Makes Me Smile'. She certainly makes us smile, that's for sure.
