We've got a team of people looking through the media to make sure there are no duplicates. I don't think our members would like it if we only let certain people upload and participate in the contest
By official media I mean specifically studio MP3s from Avril's albums. Everything else is fair game unless Avril's management/label asks us to take it down.
As for your other concern, I'm not sure I understand what you mean - We've got 500 gbs of space and 5000 gbs of bandwidth and I can't imagine us needing much more than that!
