Unfortunately, it is not really possible to share the code, since there is a published limit of only 8 tickets per code, and we may well go to two or three shows. Hopefully if you're patient the info will appear in your inbox really, really soon!!!
There was quite a lag in the e-mail send vs. receipt timestamp. It was sent on Wednesday at 9:53 p.m., but I received it today, Thursday, at 2:13 p.m.

Using your Pre-sale Access Code during the pre-sale period lets you buy up to 8 tickets before they go on sale to the general public.
You can use your Pre-sale Access Code to buy tickets for any show. The code is case-sensitive and consists of letters and numbers.

Here's their explanation of "local time", with exceptions noted:

The pre-sale starts at
10am local time* on Friday, Nov 9, 2007 and ends at
12pm local time on Thursday, Nov 15, 2007.
* Local time refers to the time zone of the city where the show is scheduled.
For example, local time in Los Angeles is PST, and local time in Toronto is EST.
Buffalo pre-sale starts at 9:00am local time on Friday, Nov 9.
Dallas and Pittsburgh pre-sale starts at 11:00am local time on Friday, Nov 9.
Las Vegas and Manchester pre-sale starts at 12:00pm local time on Friday, Nov 9.
