It depends on where you get it done. My friend got it done on her ribs and thats supposedly the worst place to get it done so it was really sore. My wrist didn't hurt at all but on my leg the closer he got to my ankle the more it hurt.. not really hurt but be very irritating. I find its like taking a pin or something and just lightly dragging it along your arm and the more you go over it the more it hurts.
