You have my sympathy as I would be just the same..They say if you imagine people naked it helps, but I don't think I'd be able to cope with that..
What you have to try and remember is that it might be the only time in your life you have a chance to just say a few words to her, think of how you will look back on that experience in the future if you totally clam up..When you tell your kids about it in future years you can say 'yes I had a short chat with Avril Lavigne she was really nice'....
