I am from Lithuania I got VIP ticket too and mine has no name and there isnt written VIP or Meet & Greet, just like simple ticket. Anyway I was worried too, so I wrote e-mail for ticket selling company, that they put me on the list of people who will get instructions about how to get in arena, which hour... So they asked me my name, surname, date of birth and e-mail.
Yes I thing that in each country tickets are different its not like tickets are the same, and if you paid so much money you dont need to worry!!! Because like I said my ticket even hasnt named VIP
