Well while I've seen plenty of movies FAR more disturbing, Saw (the original) was a great movie imho. I actually went as Jigsaw last halloween with the pig mask and black and red robes. The most disturbing scene in the movie to me was at the very end when Jigsaw says "Game over" and shuts the door to leave the one guy to rot and the guy starts screaming. I wasn't a huge fan of the sequels though.
