I was thinking, that since we know Avril wants to do movie roles, what are your suggestions for roles she could play? For instance, have you read any books with a character that would be perfect for her if it were made into a movie?
I would pick a book called Deep Wizardry by Diane Duane. If you've never read it, look for it...it's pretty amazing. It's about two 12-yr old kids who are wizards, and they agree to help a group of whale-wizards to perform a ritual at the bottom of the ocean.
Avril would be perfect for the role of S'reee, the humpback whale organizing the event. She's young and naive, and got stuck with the job after her master was killed. She's in over her head, and totally stressing out over it,
but finds the strength inside herself to get the job done. Doesn't that sound like Avril could have a lot of fun with it? (She sings, too.)
