Well I know we won't get one, but I would like an explanation. Avril's site still has the "postponed" message as the last mention of these dates. They could at least have the courtesy to post these cancellations so everyone won't think they're postponing when they really have no intention of doing so.
Avril's my favorite singer. I'll buy her CDs but I won't be buying any more tickets for her concerts. Postponing due to illness is completely understandable. CANCELLING due to illness is understandable if her schedule is just too busy to even consider postponing, but they weren't cancelled. They were postponed, and because of that, I expected them to be POSTPONED. Getting the official email from TicketsNow was a bit of a shock:
Avril Lavigne’s postponed show at the Gibson Amphitheatre is not being rescheduled. Your refund has already been issued although your bank may take an additional 3-5 days to process this refund before it posts back to your card.
