WOW! WHAT A NIGHT! =D
I’ve seen Avril 3 times before and tonight’s show was the best I’ve seen!
Got to the venue at about 7:20pm and there was a massive que but that actually moved quite fast. Got in, bought a t-shirt which is way too big for me btw! We went to the left hand side of the stage and managed to get a good spot in the front row. About 10mins later the Jonas Brothers came on, I have never heard there music before but I must say they were very good!
Then there was about a half an hour interval until Avril came on.
The lights came down and graffiti appeared on the big screens, A . V . R . I . L.

The whole crowd was chanting her name! Then girlfriend started - the dancers came on and then……THERE SHE WAS!
It was just brilliant.
The setlist was the same as the other UK dates so far but Innocence and WYG were included! WYG was played on a bright pink piano.
Hot, Losing Grip & Don’t Tell me were played acousticially - they were lovely.
My highlights of the night were - Innocence, MHE and TBDT.

All in all it was just a fantastic show and I can’t put into words how much I enjoyed it.

Me and my friend decided to try and see Avril @ the tour buses so we ran to the stage door while she was still playing Sk8er Boi.
Quite a crowd gathered - the guards started telling us she won’t be out blah blah blahh…dunno what to believr anymore bearing in mind they told me that in ‘04 and I still met her but anyway…..
Lots of people left and then we waited for another 2 hours for her. 2 buses left - I don’t think she was on them but we were told she was even though we hadn’t seen her get on them at all.
Another hour passed and there were just 4 of us left waiting. Everything had gone quiet and we were about to give up. The guy that was controlling the barrier thing came up to us and said she had gone and he will show us if we like. He went back into the little office and it was annoying me and these people coming up to us and telling us different things so I nearly just got in the car to go home but….
We went under the barrier and he took us INTO HER DRESSING ROOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yeh, ok she wasn’t there but OMG! IT WAS AVRIL’S ACTUAL DRESSING ROOM WHERE SHE HAD BEEN SITTING AND EVERYTHING :’D. The 4 of us knicked some towels that were on the chairs aha!
Just wanna say thanks to the guy that let us in - was really lovely of you!
I have literally just got home now so I need my bed.
