It's because he registered using abnormal characters that can't be written as a link. Like if you click on your profile it will say /forums/members/hotrunaway.html
Since this guy has Chinese (don't know exactly what language) characters, it uses the codes in the link since it can't be typed as a url so it says forums/members/and-26411-and-20102-and-30340-and-32034-and-29233.html
Does that make sense?
