‘’Mommy?’’ I throw off the sheets and saw Lucca standing next to the bed with his teddy bear in his hands.
‘’Yes honey.;; I said while I tried not to cry in front of my son. Since I really didn’t thought it was him. I was really getting paranoid.
‘’There is a man by the front door.’’
I sat up in bed and pulled Lucca on the bed.
‘’Who is it Lucca?’’
‘’Don’t know, I didn’t opened the door.’’
‘’Just stay here okay? Mommy will be back in a minute.’’
I walked out of the room through the hallway to the door. Only when I was two feet away from the door panic flew back into me. What if this time it really was Mickey? Or someone else, trying to hurt an innocence mother. Or maybe I was watching to much movies. I mean it was in the middle of the night, people don’t go to neighbours in the middle of the night for sugar. I had my phone in my hand and took all my power together. Then I made one step closer and opened the door.
