I'll guess they'll be top faves again...Tho could depend on how well the players blend. See with how England have problems with Lampard and Gerrard. No reason to think its more than possible Ballack may not work so well with super Frank.
Arsenal can only get stronger...really the title is actually decided more often than not by the reflective effect of the top 4/5 teams against eachother...
