Izzy told George's parents about Callie and George got pissed to say it lightly. He then behaved like an asshole and commented on Denny.
Callie finds out from George that he knows she slept with McSteamy. She thinks Meredith told him and attempts to get into a fight with Mer. lol Funny moment.
Addison and Karev have a moment. Something's going on there.
Burke gets promoted chief of surgery.
Dr. Hahn's going to work at the hospital - she's becoming head of Cardio-thoracic surgery.
A few surgeries go on throughout the episode. Eventually, Christina and Burke get into a nasty spazzfest. He doesn't want her to help him anymore.
Burke goes and operates by himself.
Christina goes and tells the chief.
Burke gets majorly pissed.
Everyone finds out about Burke's hand.
Christina and Burke break up.
George apologizes to Izzy. She says it's not okay yet.
