If working hard means, not taking the time to learn to play any musical instruments, as their are young woman, who do work hard at their craft,and if working hard means travelling and doing interview's that's much easier than having to learn to sing or like I said play a instrument.

One of the saddest moments came from a behind the scenes special called "exposed" on muchmusic where duff was rehearsing, there was a guy behind a computer who simply pushed a button, I expected duff to lip-sync (which she did) but her band surprisingly mimed their parts, in other words their was nothing "live" about the "performance". It's hard for me to expect mediocrity as the norm.

Duff is talked about on these brainwashing tabloid, I mean "entertainment programs" because she's got great contacts in hollywood, where her agents are represented by disney can get her featured in as many magazines (like health magazine?!) and television spots as possible, but she isn't talked about as much as paris hilton, e would talk more about her next album, than say talk about tegan and sara's next album, welcome to the mediocrity of the media.

And yes it's a stupid game, from networks full of stupid people for stupid people, I'm sure when Avril cancelled she thought "what would hillary duff think".
