Avril Lavigne Working Hard on Her 4th Album!
 Unknown sources say that just last Saturday Avril Lavigne was cordially invited to a birthday celebration for fellow star, Katy Perry. However, Avril turned the offer down in order to "keep concentrated on her work." In these tough times for Avril, she shows just how strong and dedicated she is and reminds us again why we love her! Does anyone know if Avril is finish her record in Tarzana studio? If she is, she probably still live in the 9.5$ million mansion, as it´s very close to the that studio. where she have recorded the 10 other songs and still in the gated community. I guess Deryck get the house sometime in 2010.
