Avril Buys a $9.5 Million New Home
 Avril and Deryck are upgrading to a 12,000 square feet, $9.5 million house in Bel-Air, LA with 8 bedrooms and 10 1/2 bathrooms. The house is located on an acre of land and is said to feature an elevator, a sauna, a pool, a spa and garage space for 10 cars. 8 bedrooms huh? Good! At least I'll have a place to stay when I go Avril stalking.
Edit: Just saw pictures of the house...it's nice but I'm not impressed. The outside looks like any 255,000 dollar house you can buy around here...I suppose that it's a deep house but the front isn't spectacular. Just my input...don't yell at me!
