Avril Lavigne's The Best Damn Thing has just been named as the second best selling record of 2007 on the World Wide Albums website! A big high-five goes to every single person who decided to buy the album! Avril missed out on the top spot to Linkin Park's Minutes To Midnight, but surpassed hundreds of others in taking runner-up! There are definitely artists that have sold more albums than Avril this year missing from the list.
The site is a " home made " web site not anything official and it`s not accurate.
Avil is probably top 5 but not second , just thought I would say.
Avril had the 3 biggest selling album for her last 2 record in 2002 and 2004 it would be cool in a synchronicity kind of way if TBDT came 3 at the end of the year.

How do you know it's fan made? To me it looks pretty official, they even show what methods they use to calculate their numbers. And if she can get third twice, who's to say she cant do it again, or even better?
