The Rubinoos Lose Lawsuit Against Avril Lavigne's "Girlfriend"
The Rubinoos have exonerated Avril of the lawsuit brought against her. They originally claimed that Avril stole the lyrics to 2007's smash hit single "Girlfriend", but have now taken back what they said on the issue.
