Juno Prep Promises Plethora of Avril Programming
It might only take a few hours to hand out all the 2008 Canadian Juno Awards at this years ceremony on April 6th, but CTV and its partner stations are preparing a stellar lead-up to the show with hours of extra programming including three televised Avril Lavigne specials! The Avril-Mania will kick off tomorrow at 6:30 PM EST on Much Music with a showing of "Born to Be Avril Lavigne." From there, the torch will be passed to Star! who will be airing a new feature "This is Avril Lavigne" at 9 PM EST later that night. On the following day you will also be able to catch "Spotlight: Avril Lavigne" on Much Music at 10:30 PM EST. And of course, be sure to tune in to CTV at 8 PM EST on Saturday to catch Avril performig both Girlfriend and The Best Damn Thing (and hopefully taking away some awards!!)
