
Avril Lavigne's first ever bass player Mark (London) Spicoluk recently spoke with Jyll of BiteTV's Sound Check about his time touring with Avril and why he left the band. He says, "This opportunity came up where I thought I could play as a hired musician and get paid to play my base and make Protest the Hero [one of the bands on Mark's label] records. I had no idea it was going to turn into this collosal machine that it had become and as it started to become that I knew it was my time... to walk and away and be like 'Wow' that was really cool. Got to do some amazing stuff that a lot of peopel don't get to do." He also says, "I don't even believe that I got to do that some of the time." Click here to watch
