 A new article from Dan Mage of the AC touts Avril Lavigne's tribute to Joan Jett through her look, sound, and cover of "Bad Reputation." The article boldly claims, "Avril Lavigne is clearly trying to be the new Joan Jett. Her very physical approach to live performances, her hard edged pop-punk band, and even the sneakers and shirts she wears on stage are pure Joan."
