FAQ: What are BandaidsBux and what can I do with them?

BandaidsBux is the "currency" in which the new Bandaids rewards program operates. You can earn BandaidsBux through all sorts of actions on the site and then redeem them for prizes in the vbPlaza.

How to earn BandaidsBux:

1) By promoting Avril and being an active Bandaids member! The mods and admins can at their discretion give points to anyone who posts new ideas on how to promote Avril, useful information, or new media, is helpful and kind to other members, or generates quality discussion in the Avril forums.

2) By completeing tasks posted in the Earn BandaidsBux forum. For every task you complete, you will receive 150 BandaidsBux (unless stated otherwise in the specific thread). You can find out more about this here: Complete these offers to Earn BandaidsBux!

3) For all the things you usually do on the forums, you will also rake in BandaidsBux. You earn points for the following actions:


Registering - 100 points
Referring another member - 50 points
Every time someone views your profile - 1 point
Every time you view a thread - 1 point
Every time you post a thread - 1 point
Every time a guest views your thread - 1 point
Every time you reply to a thread - 1 point
Every time you post a poll - 5 points
Every time you vote in a poll - 5 points
Every time you rate a thread - 1 point
Every time you add an event to the Calendar - 5 points
