staticrebelle I do not see sense to allow to everyone the sanction on upload - there will be many repetitions and video of bad quality!!! I shall not be even registered though I have 90 percent ALL video Avril!
It is written - " Also do not post any official media " and already much more MV and ALL repetitions! I refuse to accept here participations! And what not one server will sustain very much a plenty download - which here it will be natural! Sorry my bad english!

I don't think our members would like it if we only let certain people upload and participate in the contest  By official media I mean specifically studio MP3s from Avril's albums. Everything else is fair game unless Avril's management/label asks us to take it down. As for your other concern, I'm not sure I understand what you mean - We've got 500 gbs of space and 5000 gbs of bandwidth and I can't imagine us needing much more than that!
