I'm not trying to take a dig at her here, but I'd like to see what songs written and produced solely by her sound like.

I think she is best at the When You're Gone, Innocence, Keep Holding On.. ballad type songs. It shows talent to be able to sing those, where as Girlfriend, does not.

It may sound kinda stupid, but I want that she does what she likes.

I mean, she's aware of her fans, like she said about TBDT, trying new stuff but not forgeting about the stuff she did before.
I think with TBDT it worked out very well. Ok, the uptempo stuff and songs that are havwe no focus on the lyrics are the main think about the record but it's still a good mixture of different sounds and lyrical quality.
And I just hope she continues doing records with all this different things, because for me, that's what I like so much about Avril.
And I think with the next album she won't be focused on the fun songs that much as this time, so it automaticaly will go a different direction but like this time without forgeting what was in the past.

I thought about this recently actually and I decided that I want the 4th album to sound like whatever Av wants it to sound like. I don't want her to change her writing style or start making music just to please fans.

Even though TBDT isn't the best record ever, I still appriciate the fact that she did what she wanted with the album and had some control over its outcome.
