Maybe it won't be TOO bad. I mean, Gwen Stefani is doing it pretty well; juggling a clothing line, a novelty line (including everything from handbags to bubblegum), her own fragrance, making music, touring the world, and on top of it raising a son.

Gwen's an entrepreneurialism queen. I'm pretty sure Avril can pull it off, too.
