True, but this really isn't the place to be if you want to create a successful clothing line that lasts beyond initial introductory popularity. Jessica Simpson's line didn't sell near as well as people thought it would.

The thing is, fashion is relative. Different people find different appearances/styles attractive. Since Avril is her own person, it makes sense that she dresses how she likes to; so, in that vein, this list doesn't matter at all. Also, if Avril was to design a fashion line, it would be marketed to her fans who believe in her individualistic philosophy and couldn't care less about worst-dressed lists.
