Well, Rubinoos have win and lost at same time.

Win, because they got what they wanted. Money and "fame". They were completely out of music and now maybe some doors have been opened for them.

Lose, because they had to admit there was nothing wrong with Avril and Luke, and now they are idiots and suckers for a lot of people. Not everybody, but yes for most people. It could be bad for their "career"...

Avril did what she had to, because she can't afford starting a long judicial process, because there's a tour just round the corner. So I think she did well, instead of those suckers weren't right...

^um.... actually in california, if you get sued, and win, the one doing the suing (rubinoos) would pay all legal fees, and avril doesn't need to be around for the procedings.
