Like it depends on the costumes she chooses and how she uses them. If she just changes cute outfits for no reason its pointless. But if she incorporates it as a main part of the show properly it could come across ok.

I mean theres a few different sounds through her music and different feels and moods so it could be kinda weird going from moody UMS songs to bratty TBDT songs to laid back LG songs like Tomorrow without something to seperate them.

For example she could wear her plaid skirts and fishnets for the upbeat songs like TBDT and Girlfriend and do a few of them and then leaves the stage and comes back later in a long flowing dress to do the piano ballad section which would include say Innocence,Together and WYG then at the end come out wearing a normal outfit (jeans and a t-shirt kinda thing) for some LG songs like complicated

That has convinced costume changes could work, lets hope she has that same idea as you have come up with.

Im guessing it will be a bit of both.. maybe a pop/rock show
some of you need to stop saying its going to be a dance concert.. i mean didnt she say she's only dancing a FEW songs? didnt she say its going to be very much like a rock show? then why do you say those things, ~*~Far Away*~*~?
although i wouldnt expect pyro and explosions.. it just doesnt fit Avril's music IMO

Some of you unhappy people are still possibly going to go to one of her concerts, right? At least that's what I assume. And it sucks to read stuff like this because I really want to go.

This tour sounds like it's going to be really good. It'll be a fun show to watch. Whether you like Brittney, Christina, Pink or not, you can't deny that they don't put on a good damn show! You may not like the music but it's entertaining! So this person who helped them put on a good show is going to help Avril with hers. And I personally would LOVE to see that.

What did you expect from her? Especially after seeing the promo for this album. Of course it's going to be more pop. Of course there was going to be dancing.

You called it, man . Most of dissapointed fans doesn't like at all that, dancing with dancers. And so I do. I don't like that Avril uses dancers and makes dancing stuff because I don't believe she needs it. That's what she wants about TBDT album and tour, but I totally disagree with it.

And it's one of the most important reasons that makes old fans disliking TBDT. That and costumes, songs like Girlfriend, worst lyrics, and more. She was quite different regarding her way to make music, her personality, you know what I mean. Those changes make her be (or at least seem) commercial and put her besides Britney, Fergie, and all that commercial girls.

Yeah, that's the only thing that we can do by now, because she's gonna do it anyway... At least I hope dancing stuff won't be ridiculious and senseless, and that's where Jamie Kings must work...

your expecting too much. Avril has said she's going to be dancing ever since Girlfriend came out.. and havent you seen her live performances this year?
and i dont think there will be pyro i mean shes a pop star after all
anyway, none of us really know what the tour will be like , we can just guess from what Avril has told us.
