This is so important for Avril. If this single doesn't get successful she is going to lose a lot of credibility as one of the most influent and popular female artists. "Hot" was a disapointment, it did okay in some countries, but overall it was just a flop.

We REALLY need "The Best Damn Thing" to be a huge hit: it will help Avril's tour, and it will energize her creatively, give her the final tribute she deserves with this album.

I think those first AND last 30 seconds of the song are so unnecessary - seems like they've been added to the song only to make it last 4 minutes. The song could last 3 minutes and still be nice.

Anyway, voted 3 more times but I don't know if they actually count them all ?

^ Well i find more unnecesary Timbaland on the video =P
For me that the last 30 seconds of the song are cool. And actually i think that the radio edit of the song dont have those parts.
Anyway for me thats a great well planed video, with an awesome concept, great choreography and madonna looking hotter than ever.

The Best Damn Thing its fun but... its quite a very obvious video, with a quite random rehersal of avril with the band.
