I love it that way, it doesn't have to be changed, IMO. it fits, i'm good with the "I need you NooOOW" part, i don't want more screaming, then it would sound like an American idol song.

She could always just put the song in a lower key to make it easier to hit the high note in a different key. Kelly Clarkson did this with Sober on her latest tour and it sounds perfect now.

But I agree she should try singing it. For me, the high note makes the song so brilliant and I want to hear her try it live even if it sounds crap.
