Avril in Mexico on MTV Tr3s May 15th
The documentary "Avril in Mexico" is FINALLY airing in the U.S. on MTV Tr3s on the afternoon and evening of May 15th, according to the cable listings. Check close to the date to see if the actual airtime changes, as the cable guide is often known to be inaccurate two weeks out.

Program listings at the moment only go out to May 10th on the official site, so try again in a few days...

FYI - It looks like some shows on this channel are in English and some are in Spanish. (Tres is Spanish for 3.)


I know that a lot of us here have already seen this from the Canadian MTV broadcast, but perhaps some people haven't and would appreciate knowing that it is finally airing outside of Canada.

I thought it was a cute 1/2 hour show and is well worth watching!

I mean alll mexican fans want to see this MTV special cause it was filmed on Mexico!!
I love the special cuase I was there! It was so so so amazing...
but hopefully we can't see this special on MTV Latinamerica

'Avril in Mexico' NOT AIRED IN MEXICO????
I agree with avril_rocks_mhe! Why the hell this documentary is not aired in Mexico??? Those days, when Avril came to Mexico were amazing!! I was at the Record Signing and at the Mexico City show at the Sport Palace!! It was awesome!! Mexico really loves Avril, but we also want to see this documentary at MTV Latinamerica!!

I also have a question. Is it true that Avril is coming back to Mexico on September 2008 with her tour The Best Damn Tour?? I really hope this rumor becomes true... I will love that!!

Okay, so yesterday the Comcast guide, BOTH on the cable box and on their website schedule, showed that Avril in Mexico had been removed and replaced with another show.

Today, the schedules at TitanTV.com and at the official MTV3 site are showing it as still being on target for May 15th.

Hopefully, the MTV Tr3s site is the correct listing, although the most recent apparent programming change was the Comcast one. Let's just wait and see what happens on the 15th, I guess...

I'm happy to say that Avril in Mexico finally aired today on MTV Tr3s in the U.S., as originally scheduled!!!!

I realize this is fairly academic for Avril fans who have already seen the original MTV Canada broadcast, but it's nice to be able to say that it has at last aired outside of Canada.

The show repeats again in a few hours if you want to record it yourself!!!
