Cancelled vs. Postponed?
Does anyone have any clue which shows are going to be rescheduled? It's soooo confusing. On her MySpace, it says the remainder of the North American dates have been postponed, but the list of postponed dates doesn't include San Diego or Phoenix. Gaaah...help. Please.

Yes, Lewis...I was going to the Seattle date. And my heart is broken, because I had meet and greet tickets.

Claudia, JEEZ. I've read the message fifty times and I can't figure out anything. First they say postponed, then they say ticket refunds. Nowhere does it say the word "rescheduled". I can't figure out if it will be rescheduled and the tickets people have for this show won't be honored, or if they'll give refunds just to the people who don't want to wait, or if the people who wrote the blog just use loose wording.

I would think it's very hard to even start thinking about new dates as Avril will, hopefully, be starting the European leg of her world tour, plus dates have already been added after that phase..

Yeah, Melissa...I'm just praying that not all 100 thousand people or so going to all eight dates will be let down. I understand that she's sick and a busy person, but eight dates is a lot to cancel and not reschedule...

Of course, if she was only going to make up a few dates, it would probably just be the California or Greater Los Angeles area... *sigh* I'm so sad. I've been dreaming of meeting her at the show for months. And the wait between now and when I found out if it's never going happen are going to be completely anxiety-ridden. *twitch*

It's still a little to early for new dates to be scheduled...
I'm sure they have to contact a whole bunch of different people to find out what venues have openings on what days, and if those days work for whatever everyones schedules are. It's not like they can just say, "November 3rd" and now there's a show on the third.

Give it a few days, maybe even weeks, and try again.
