Sony BMG doesn't control her concert ticket prices, Live Nation does. And Avril doesn't see all that money anyways. What she gets is what she deserves.

If you look at it that way, we should be getting free copies of all the concert DVD's out there, cause Avril's ticket prices aren't too abnormal

No, compared to most of the marketed pop artists out there, her tickets are normally priced. But the special tickets that were over 300 dollars is what I was getting at.

I am using the generalization that when you go to an Avril show, you are giving her money. When you buy an Avril dvd, she is going to get money from that.
