Someone mentioned her not lying because of this?

Even if she never said this, it doesnt make her a liar! She doesnt have to stay the same just to please some fans. She changed, she grew up. To think she was going the same forever is a very childish concept.

Urghh, this changing thing annoys me, because it is so childish not liking someone just because they changed, just because now, she likes to have a pink album cover instead of a red one, or now she wants to wear a skirt instead of mens jeans.

I feel like screaming when people say she sold out, just because she no longer lives on their standards on what kind of person she should be. Its her life, she can be who ever she wants.

I agree with you, my friend. But a lot of old fans didn't like her change between UMS and TBDT, and they damn the day she changed. And they believe she was lying, and all that, you know. But there's reasonable cause: they liked her for being so different to every other pop-rock girls, and saw her changing a lot and converting a little to what they didn't like. And music didn't help a lot. I don't agree with that people, but O somehow understand them. I said this could help to make that people think she wasn't lying or something, and I'm sure a lot of these fans (or former fans) would respect more her changes. However, who really knows?

I respect her changes, as long as I like her music. And by now I still like it, but I'm not sure I'll like next new music until I listen it. I hope I'll like it more than TBDT, and then I'll be supporting Avril strongest than ever

But if you are an Avril fan just to compare her to other artists, then you are a fan for the wrong reasons, because it seems that the fan is trying to be different rather than Avril.

That D&G dress cost more than her wedding dress, so, i think it was a gift.

And about the fans trying to be diferent, True, if Britney Spears, Enter in Rehab, Avril must go to drugs. ¿? More unique it's being yourself, and being happy, that "trying" to be diferent without being happy.

It could have been either way. Somestimes they pay celebs to wear their designs, mostly by giving them the clothes for free, and sometimes stylist get them to lend it out because it gives them more publicity. Avril probably picked the dress out herself but I highly doubt she had to pay for it. If she did I'd be really surprised.

I saw this on some show on E! two days ago lol. It was best kept hollywood secret number ninety-something.
