i might buy a vip ticket for this. it's the only way to get pit. plus you get to meet Avril. and there's a pre show
and no you don't need a cc to buy tix, unless you are buy it online. you can go to any place that has a ticketmaster. (Ross, macys, warehouse music)
or go to the Gibson Ampitheatre. you can buy them there too
