I bought the $200/most-expensive/get-to-meet-avril VIP ticket for Spokane, and got an automatic email "Your order will be processed within one business day".

3 weeks later I still haven't got a confirmation and my credit card hasn't been charged.

Has anyone who has bought this ticket gotten a confirmation? Any suggestions on what I should do? I have called them thrice without much luck.
