no theres north american and canada dates but the uk or rest of the outside u.s dates hasn't been said

Guys, got it on email from avrillavigne.com:
"There has been some confusion about VIP tickets.

Order forms for VIP packages are found on the tickets page of each concert. VIP Packages cannot be purchased online. Each individual concert venue handles the sale of VIP packages. Most venues require you to print out an order form and fax it in. Venues will accept orders until they are sold out of VIP packages. You are not required to submit your Pre-sale Access Code when purchasing VIP packages.

If there is no link to a VIP order form, it is either sold out or not offered. Several venues do not offer VIP packages, including Biloxi, Las Vegas, Prince George, San Diego, Santa Barbara, and Uncasville.

If you have further questions, contact your venue or box office directly - contact information is on each VIP order form"
