I think it'd be EXPECTED that the Canadian shows sold out, seeing as she is Canadian!
But to whoever said they were at the show and there were empty seats, take it from someone who has been going to NBA games for 19 years: That means nothing. Sell-out simply means all the tickets were SOLD, but often times, in the NBA, you can have sell-outs where upwards of 200 seats are empty, because not everybody shows up. Stuff happens and people who buy tickets cant always make it.
Sell-out doesn't mean the building is full, just that all the tickets were sold.

Sup Aussy? In all fairness, if a person went to the show and said they saw empty seats, you have to consider that it's nearly impossible to see 200 scattered, empty seats in an arena close to 20,000. That's only 1 percent. You would have had a hard time taking note of that. Avril said her first 2 shows were sold out. They apparently weren't. We really should go by what number is stated in concert reviews, not Avril.

Yeah that's true, but I've seen NBA games that were sold old where entire sections of rows in the upper deck was empty, and it definitely was noticable. I understand that it wouldnt be noticeable to most, but when you've been going to a venue enough times, it becomes really easy to notice that sort of thing.
But I agree on that apparently Avril's werent sold out, I guess.

nah, you don't get what i am trying to say. i meant she's not that struggling in US based on album and single sales.( She had #1 single and #1 album, GF is relly big and it has sold 2.5million there). Even i know she's not as big as Kelly Clarkson, Christina....but she is still one of the top Aritsts in America since she has sold 11million albums there !
i just don't get why she can't sell 5lk-6k tickets in US ?? 5-6K is not a big numbers !

The reviews said that her first two shows sold more than 10,000 (12,000 for Vancouver and the venue held 13.000 ??? Not sure !) !
I think when she says the concert sold out, she means the concert almosy sells out ???

Okay I get it.
I honestly don't know why she can't sell many.
I mean they are decent turn outs but there can always be more.
For the Bonez tour, she only sold a little over 5000 tickets in a 7000 seater amphitheater. She is set to play the same venue again on the 26th. It'll probably be the same turn out. Maybe a little more since BLG is opening. They have a big following in the US.

The capacity of the ACC is 19800 and it was said that she sold it out.
Anyway, I think the configuration for her concert is not full capacity.
I'd expect around 15000 people there, lol.

She just needs to give up and bring the Jonas Bros to every show.
