Overseas bookers

If you are purchasing packages from outside of the UK you will be
required to collect your packages including tickets up from the venue
box office. Confirmation of box office location, itinerary and venue
map will be sent to you via e mail Two weeks prior the event.

I sent an email to the venue itself-who's representative courteously and immediatley responded (back in 02/2008) that they were not aware of any updates for this scheduled event. I just emailed them again, today, requesting an update.

If I can't go, I'll be offering my two Plat Pkg tickets up for sale at face value in the next few days. More to come.

Received mine for Manchester this morning but still a bit perplexed.
1. Tickets just say STANDING FLOOR - Will be really pissed off if I have to stand in the general floor area as I bought these tickets for my 9 yr old daughter who wont be able to push to the fron obviously and therefore wont see much. I would of just bought Seated Tier tickets if Id know this to be the case and forgot about the meet and greet - Not a happy bunny at all.....

2. The meet and greet is at 5.15 so does that mean when we have finished we have to wait around for about2 and half hours for the show to start??

3. And if this is the case, how come we have to pay MORE than the US but have LESS of an experience...

and the show is on monday!!

thats actually a disgrace, perhaps you could talk it over with the venue and get seating or something

safe to say ill never be using livenation again

Just spoke to Livenation. According to them there is no seperate standing area for VIP tickets, we just get in earlier than others and have to stand in the general admission area.

I'm just off the phone to LiveNation, i'm goin to the Glasgow show on the 26th!

They said i should hopefully get my vip tickets before the show, but if they dont come we've to goto the box office at 5:45pm and we can collect our passes and stuff there. The meet & greet begins at 6:15pm.
