Not many people know about this contest/game(Or just don't care lol). So for those of you who want to know more Im gonna tell you some things. Just the key points of it. Short and sweet. Ok so here we go..

-People pick a band/artist and make up questions for the band/artist they chose.
-The question are posted. The people who didn't make the questions answer them(if they want to answer that band/artist questions).
-Those answers will be sent to the people who made the questions....
