"take me home" Avril whispered getting out of her chair and stopping impatiently on the ground till Deryck eventually got of his ass.
"Are you sure Avril? I was hoping we could talk"
"We can talk tomorrow I just have some business to attend i promise we will redo this" she winked taking his hand as he followed her back out to the car paying the bill for the uneaten food on they're way out.
In the car there was an akward silence between them. Deryck could sence Avril was upset but he didn't know if it was laright to ask her what was wrong.She was mad enough as it was and having him suddenly invade her thoughts when she already dislikes hime wouldn't help his quest to gain her back at all.
When Deryck got his car parked in Avrils driveway he slowly took off his seatbelt and went over on the other side to open the door for Avril.
"Thanks Deryck, I'm sorry I'm blowing you off I promise I'll make it up to you" she said looking down to avoid eye contact.
"It's okay Av, it was nice as long as it lasted" he winked, bowing and walking back over to his car. "I'm staying at the merriot room 403 call me when your ready" he smiled innocently and opened the car door.
"I will" she said mostly to herself waving him off before stepping into her parents house, sighing as soon as the door was closed. "What have I gotten myself into?" she asked herself hanging her light jacket.
"Into what?" Avs mom asked walking by with a plant in her hand.
"Nothing, hehe" Avril grinned lighty cursing under her breathe for talking aloud.
Later that night when Avril was in her room deep in thought her cellphone rang. It was Ben.
"What do you want?" Avril hissed.
"I wanted to see how you were, why are you so mad?" Ben asked camly.
"you used me didn't you?" she asked in a shaky voice.
"What do you mean?"
"You said all those things about me having to get over Deryck so you could have me didn't you?" she said, her voice getting louder by the word.
"No who in heaven told you that?"
"I figured it out! You freaking tricked me!" she cried out.
"No I didn't, I didn't even realise I had these feelings for you till a while ago, like two or three days" he informed her. "Avril you should know I'm not that type of guy"
"Yeah, your right I'm sorry it's just weird. Now that Ders back."
"Der?"
"Yeah, Deryck. He came to see me today and we well we ordered lunch. We didn't really eat because I got that feeling about you" she grinned without expecting the reaction she was about to get.
"You went out with your ex!?"
"Yeah, what's wrong with that?"
"Oh nothing I just thought we were, ya know what! Forget it!" Ben said aggrevated.
"Why I haven't done anything wrong it's not like I kissed him, or slept with him"
"you coulda told me" he mellowed down"
"I just did it happened like half an hour ago" she grinned lightly.
"Oh, okay sorry for getting mad" he smiled to the phone.
"It's okay, wanna grab dinner later?"
"Sure I get off work at 5, want me to pick you up?"
"yeah" Avril said before saying her goodbyes and hanging up the phone.
~Flashback~
Breathing heavily Avril reflected on what she had just done.
She had just left the love of her life. What was she thinking?
Holding her cheek lighty painful flashes of his hand striking it caused tears to fall down her innocent grey orbs. The pain was beyong physical.
Her heart was and soul were injured more than the cheek itself. She became weak in her legs and cullapsed on the floor of the trainstation. Luckily it was late at night and not many people were there. The people who were thought she was stoned on drugs due to her bloodshot eyes and shaky body.
"Get it together" she whispered to herself trying to stop her body from shaking of fear from being alone and the wind coming in through the opening of the station.
Avril got her grip together and crawled over to the nearest chair and fell asleep using her bag of clothes as a pillow
~Flashback over~
When Ben arrived at Avrils parents house he found her waiting for him outside on the doorstep.
"Ready babe?" He asked stepping out of his car and walking towards her.
"Yeah, of course" she smiled reaching out to give him a hug.
Grabbing her by the waist Ben whispered "sure?" in her ear before pointing out the fact she was wearing no shoes.
"Oh, heh, sorry bout that" she grinned giving him a quick kiss on the cheek before running back inside.
When they got to the restuarant it was packed. Avril gasped at the sight of so many people smushed into such a small area.
"It's okay I have backstage VIP" he informed her walking past the crowd to the counter were a waiter was standing holding out some menue's.
"Hey Jack, I'll just have the usual" he winked "Oh and can we sit in the special area?" he asked signaling that Avril was with him.
"Sure, but tonight you'll be sharing the area with a celebrity. Ever heard of Sum 41?"
"Dercyck!" Avril blurted out.
"Yes, I do believe the lead singers name is Deryck, Deryck Whibley"
"Great!" Ben said with a hint of furiousness in his voice.
"Maybe we should just go somewere else" Avril whispered pulling his arm gently.
"Hell no! I can handle this! He dosen't own this town" Ben told her giving her a soft kiss on the forehead before following the waiter out back to the V.I.P section.
~Flashback~
"I don't want you to go, your always on tour" Avril cried into Derycks chest.
"I know baby but it's only for a week more, than i'll be home for the rest of the year spending time with you" he smiled kissing the top of her head and gently rubbing her back.
"A week is to much" Avril moaned tightening her grip on Derycks waist.
Deryck had been travelling non-stop for the past year and hadn't had the opertunity to spend that much time with Avril considering she was a working girl to.

The update was good though. You might want to edit the phone conversation, though, because at one point you call Ben "Deryck".
