"He's holding up, I think he's over it to be honest" Avril reassured her friend as she sat down on the stool near her friends kitchen.
"Did you find out about the baby"
"Ciara I'm gonna need some time. If it isn't Derycks i still haven't decided what's going to happen.
"Don't tell me your going back to the other guy"
"Well he deserves to know! I can't just not tell him" Avril explained sipping her tea. "I don't think it's debatable though. It has to be Derycks. The way we've been getting at it-"
"AV! No we do not go there, sexlife is private girlfriend" Ciara interrupted trying to block out the visions.
"Oh well before i was with Deryck you wanted to know everything" Avril grinned sipping her tea again.
"That was way back in the day sweety, way back" Ciara smiled.
"I've got to get home. Deryck will be there soon"
"Oh, he was at the therapist right?"
"Yah" Avril replied rubbing her stomach with one hand by instinct. "I should go, See you tomorrow?"
"Of course jus give me a call" she smiled getting up to see Avril to the door.
"You should tell him the truth Av. You can't just say your going to the doctors and come here. He deserves to know" Ciara told her when Avril was in her car. Avril rolled her window down a little more.
"I know, I'm just scared. I'll find out soon. promise" Avril smiled weakly.

Standing by the door of their house Deryck clenched his fist tightly and let go for a moment. He had bought Avril flowers and had blown the whole therapist meeting out of his mind.
He opened the door slowly and stopped once he had closed it.
He could hear Avril on the phone. He slowly walked towards the voice which was leading him to the kitchen.
"..it's not yours anyway Ben I got it checked. Yeah, so how have you been?" Avril sighed.
"Ben?" Deryck asked trying to keep his cool.
"Yeah, hang on a sec..." Avril smiled "Hey babe" she turned around and saw Deryck in the doorway "yeah it's Ben but no need to worry" she said raising a brow.
"No need to worry? I'm worried out of my mind to see if that baby is mine and you still talk to him" Deryck fumed pacing back and forth.
"Babe, I would have thought by now that you trusted me" Avril yelled hanging up the phone without saying goodbye.

I can't blame him for being a little pissed. You come home with flowers for your wife who may or may not be carrying your baby, and she's on the phone with the other guy whose baby it might be.
