Well, you could write each character's POV for an entire story/novel like Barbara Kingsolver did for The Poisonwood Bible. Even though that's a ton of work.

Do it like I do in STMF... pick 2 or 3 main characters and follow their stories in a pattern or where it suits. I give 2 updates to a character and then move on. That way you see all sides of the story. And if you want the element of suspense, finish a character's section with something (good or bad) for the other characters to find out about, and then switch to one of the other characters. Either leave that storyline for a bit or start the next character's discovery. I love writing that way, and it comes naturally to STMF.
