Part 4
After Eliza returned home she found her father in the living room. She sat down beside him and began to tell him about how she found the girl, and when she woke up she was in the same bed that her mother was in.

‘Mum always loved Rita more then me. Just because she could sing better, she looked just like me although she was only 20 minutes younger. Why couldn’t Rita still be here? Why did mum have to give up just because Rita died?’ Eliza screamed as she ran to her room.

She flew on to her bed tears streaming down her face. She grabbed Josh. He was Rita’s favorite teddy, Ever since the crash Rita died in Josh was Eliza’s prized possession.

‘Oh Josh, why did Rita have to die? I miss her and mum so much!’ she sobbed in to Josh’s heart. After half an hour her father entered the room. He sat next to Eliza and rubbed her hair.

‘It is not Rita’s or your mother’s fault that they died. Remember that when Avril released complicated, your sister would sing the song and you would play the guitar. You two were gifted musically. I think that as you two were both able to look up to Avril was a great thing; you gave me and your mother great happiness when you would both do shows at the local talent contests together. I know you were ill for the last contest but I would have lost you too if you went.’ Eliza understood exactly what he was saying; she turned to him and gave him a hug. ‘I just got a phone call from Alyssa’s mother she has tickets for an Avril concert meet and greet and would love it if you and Alyssa would go to it.’ He paused. ’And Alyssa is going to walk with you two school tomorrow because your other friends you usually walk with have left you a rather horrible message on the answer machine.’ He left the room, Eliza turned on her CD player and started to listen to ‘who knows’ which was Eliza’s favorite song. She turned her computer to talk to people on her favorite Avril fan site. People on Avril bandaids were so understanding and loving, she was often able to spend hours on end talking to people there. When the time came it was her time to go to bed, she picked out her clothes for the next day as she didn’t want to be late.

As soon as her head hit the pillow she was asleep.

anyway, i wanted to hear the message they left on the answering machine. i dont no y though
