-- Next morning --
" How can I help you?" A nurse greeted me as I entered the hospital. " Yeah, I'm looking for a patient here, Avril Lavigne " I said putting my fist on the table in front of her. " Alright, she is room 202 " She said smiling and pointing to a hall which lead to the rooms, Avril was on seccond floor. I already knew that since I had been here like thousands of times. " Avril ?" I said walking inside the room and knocking quietly on the door. She was laying on her left side, not facing me. As I knocked she looked around and saw me, and she started to smile. " Deryck " She said smiling a little as I walked slowly inside, she was glad to see me, that was for sure. " How are you feeling ?" I asked sitting on a chair beside her room before I looked around the room. I hated hospitals, I had been in here for so many times that I had grown hate against it. " Good, now better " She said smiling again as I smiled back, that lead to a moment of silence, just looking at her and she was looking at me. " Thats good " I said nodding, trying to brake that awful silence that was going on. " And the baby ?" I asked as she gently stroked her belly, that was starting to show a bit. " The doctors say its alive and healthy " She said smiling as she stroked her belly again, she really wanted to be a mother, I could see it. " What is going on with the case ?" She asked out of the blue taking her eyes off her belly, how did she know about the case. " What case ?" I asked as she started laughing, why was she laughing. " Stop it Deryck " She said as she stopped laughing and became serious again. I guess she thought I was kidding, maybe I was kidding. " Oh yeah that case, well not much " I said biting my lower lip, I wasn't nervous, I just had something on the lip that had been bugging me almost all morning. " Really?" She asked moving closer towards me in the hospital bed, I quickly looked at her arm, she had a tube going into her wrist, that remembered me awful alot of these horrible times I spent at a hospital. That awful memory kept flashing through my head, that hadn't happened in so long time, not since I met Avril. " Well... do you know who kidnapped you ?" I asked as I looked in her eyes, she was surprised, didn't she know she was kidnapped. " Kidnapped ?" She asked confused, I guess she didn't know it. " yeah, you were kidnapped, and I found you in your old boss's trunk " I said like it was something that she should know, but maybe she wasn't conscious at the time. " I don't remember anything about my old boss and me being kidnapped " She said confused again. " OK, tell me what you remember the last time you were awake ?" I asked as she started thinking. " I remember I was at your pl.. I mean at home and I fell asleep at the chouch after you left..... And....... and then DM was at the house, and made me write some very strange note, and then... I don't remember anything more " She said looking at me again. I guess she had been blown out by then. " It looks like Dirty is after you Avril, and you are not save. I'm gonna ask two guys at the unit to look after you " I said digging my hand in my pocket looking for my cell phone. " No, I don't want some guys from the unit to look after me, I want you to look after me " She said moving closer towards me and taking my hand that was laying on my thigh. " I can't Avril, me and John are going to solve the case today, even though I'm one night watch " I said trying to get out of that thight grip she had on my hand put I couldn't, she held thight and I could see she wanted me to be with her. " Then... I'll come with you, I can help you solve the case " She said with a little hope in her eyes, it was not a good idea, and John would not be pleased. " I don't know.. " I said looking down on the ground. " Please Deryck..." She said smiling a little, begging me to take her with me...

I think your doing a great job... all though i lack the attention span of reading other peoples work, it is not to make you angry I just dont want to start righting your story lol it is for the best.
and on the side are you really Deryck? because if you are not you should really look in to getting another name. I mean it is all right for a story but all the credit goes to Deryck I just think you should use your own name or an allias. PS if you are dyreck I would not mined talking to you in P.M
