hey guys! I know you´re probably wondering why I haven´t written an update in such a ling time but the thing is that last week and next week until Tuesday I have graduation, which means I have to be prepared for it and can´t write updates cuz I have almost no time but: As soon as I´m finished with the exams I´m gonna write a very very long update just for you!

I just had a funny thought that came into my mind: As some people have asked me what this story has to do with a fan fic, I can assure these people it has something to do with either Av or Deryck, otherwise I wouldn`t have started posting it. The shock that Kevin had simply decided to completely disappear out of my life was still deep although almost another month and a half had passed by and it was now the end of November. With my growing belly that could barely be hidden anymore also my worries about the future started to grow. Until now I hadn’t fully realized that there would be a child who I would have to take care of for the next twenty years at least.

But when I had been at the doctor’s for an ultrasound check the week before and I heard the baby’s heartbeat and saw the first pictures it had totally made me realize that this would be final. While I had been lying there I hadn’t known what to feel. I mean it totally melted my heart to see and hear my child but on the other hand I couldn’t deny the fact that I would have to take a lot more responsibility from now on.

With each move of the baby I could feel how it wanted to tell me: “you have to be there for me” and strangely this made me to a little fighter, I had become so much stronger and more energetic since the pregnancy because now I saw a reason for fighting and staying strong. Especially since I had no equal person by my side that would help me since Kevin had simply decided to no longer stay with me.

Somehow I liked that it was winter, so I could at least hide my belly under a jacket and not all the people could see what was beneath it. The comments at school had also finally stopped, which was something I was very thankful for because it had been annoying to see people talk about you behind your back and you’re unable to do anything against it.




The next months just flew by like that with all the ups and downs that came with them and it would only be a matter of two or three weeks until the baby would be born.
I became really scared and nervous at that time because I didn’t know what to expect.
The baby would sleep in my room and me and my mom had already bought all the things I needed: baby clothing, a little crib, some toys, a buggy and so on… When we bought the stuff it had been a pretty weird feeling and as soon as we had put it all into my room I first had the feeling to be a real mom. The thought that I would soon be called a mom was a bit strange as I had always thought I would be at least 30 before someone called me like that. But things went differently and now it was like it was and I had to accept it.


That evening was kind of special for me as my mom did something she hadn’t done in a long time: Before I went to bed, she came up to me, hugged me as tight it was possible with my large belly and said to me: “Honey, I admire how strong you are, your life hasn’t been easy lately and I know you worry a lot about your future, but as your mother I know that you will make the best out of your life, whatever may come, I can guarantee you that it won’t always be easy but I know you will work it out. Especially in the last months I could see the woman in you for the first time and you are no longer a child anymore. As hard as it is for me I have to accept that. But when I look at you I see that you will be a great mother, In you beats the heart of a lioness, only a mother can see that in your eyes…”

I couldn’t say a word, I was so moved and just hoped that I would be able to tell my child such wise things, too.

The next morning I woke up and rushed downstairs (if you could call it rush) because I felt so full of energy, energy that I didn’t know where it came from. I opened the kitchen window and breathed in the fresh air that smelled like snow but you could slightly feel that spring wasn’t far away anymore.

With a bowl of yoghurt and cornflakes I sat down on our large sofa in the living room and watched TV. I had been excused from school officially for the last two months of pregnancy and my parents had gone to work so I decided to jus stay at home and relax a little. My doctor had advised me to do relaxing exercises and to stay as calm as possible because that would be the best for me and the child.

It was only two more weeks until due day and somehow those last weeks didn’t seem to pass by. I finally wanted to get rid of my belly whereas on the other hand I was of course worried about the time afterwards.

When I got bored with watching TV I thought it couldn’t do me harm if I went on a little walk to grasp some fresh air which I figured had to be healthy.

But the moment I bent down to put my shoes on I suddenly…
