Ok... new update:

Avril’s POV

Ok. I need to calm down. The concert begins in three hours and in one hour I have meet and greet. I know I should be happy and so excited, I mean, I’ve been waiting for these for a long time, and worked really hard to make it happens, but the thing is, since the last call Deryck did to me, telling me he couldn’t get a flight, he didn’t call me again. Not once. I have no idea what happened to him or where he is and it’s driving me crazy. I can’t stop thinking about it. I tried to call him but his phone is always out of range.

Someone knocks the door.

“Avril, meet’n’greet begins in 15 minutes. Are you ready?” says Kate, a girl who is working with us on this tour.

“Ok, I’ll be there.” I get up and go to the bathroom to finish the make up. God, I can’t look like this out there. I need to be happy and people come here to have fun.

I wash my face, put the make up on and go to the room where meet’n’greet is going to happen.

I can see some people in the other room. They look so excited and kinda nervous, some are wearing t-shirts with a picture of me and some bring gifts. Seeing them makes me smile. It’s so nice to have people who like you and never actually have seen you or talked to you. It’s weird, but amazing.

I try my best to be nice with them and smile, try to think on what I’m doing instead of what should have happened to my husband. I think I did it well, because all of the fans leave the room so happy, which I’m glad about.

Boys and Girls are playing at this moment and I’ll go on stage in a few minutes. I have to admit I’m so nervous. What if they don’t like it? What if everything goes wrong?.

I see the guys of my band going on stage and someone behind me whispers in my ear.

“Go. It’s your time, good luck.”

“Thanks.” I say to the guy, run to the stage and begin to sing Girlfriend. The crowd screams a lot. Wow. There are a lot of people here! The guys said it was sold out. Isn’t it amazing? And they are all singing along. I can’t stop smiling.

Everything is going perfectly till the time I should play and sing When You’re Gone in the piano. The piano is not working! I can’t believe it! And thinking about this song makes me sad, because it makes me remember Deryck, and that he is not here and you know the rest…

I finish singing it acoustic and by the time I’m singing Hot I look at the backstage and my heart almost stops beating. I can’t believe it! Tears are coming to my eyes but I can’t stop singing. He is here! He did it! All I wanna do is run to his arms, but I still have 10 songs to sing. But now I’m so happy that I don’t even care. I’ll have a lot of time to be with him when it’s over. Ok, not a lot of time, but some time.

As soon as I finish singing Skater Boi and say “Bye” to the crowd I run toward Deryck and literally jump on him and kiss him, so passionately. He is holding me so tightly to him I can feel his heart slamming as hard against my ribs as mine is slamming against mine. I can’t believe we are finally together again after all those days.

“You were awesome!” He says between the kisses. I don’t care that a lot of people here in the backstage is looking at us.

“Oh My Gosh… I missed you so much!” I say and kiss him again. “How did you get here?”

“When I hang up the phone, they announced we were able to fly, I arrived here a little late, though, but at least I’m here. I was so afraid to not see you.” Deryck explains.

“Yes, I’m so happy you’re here!” I say hugging him “And where is Cone and Steve?”

“Oh, I invite them to come here, I hope you don’t mind, they were here watching the concert, but now they are waiting us in the bus.” He says.

“Of course I don’t mind.” I smile and we walk toward the bus.

I was laughing about a story Deryck was telling me about a crazy fan, but my smile freezes when I get into the bus. There aren’t only Steve and Cone here, there is a redhead with a British accent that I’ve never seen before, but I know exactly who she is.

“What’s she doing here?” I raise my eyebrow to Deryck.
